Join students and collegiate Navigators staff from the Northeast region for a life-changing pre-summer experience. The Navigators Summer Training Programs are proven to be "greenhouses" for spiritual and relational growth. This summer experience will be no different!
Together, we will dig deeply into the key pieces of our Navigator calling: to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same. We will trust God to teach and develop us all as we learn to better love, serve, and authentically share our faith, no matter the circumstances. Anyone who is excited to grow in their walk with God and in community is welcome to apply!

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Dave & Kelly Sasaki
Dave and Kelly Sasaki have been in ministry to college students for 36 years, serving 16 years with Cru and the last 20 years with the Navigators. They currently serve as Regional Director and Associate Regional Director in the Sunland region. Dave is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and enjoys using those gifts in ministry. The Sasakis have two adult children who live near them in Southern California. In their spare time they like discovering new donut shops.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once accepted to this discipleship intensive, you will receive instructions and support to fundraise for the program. The cost of the program includes all your lodging, meals, study materials, and fun activities for all ten days!
INTENTIONAL
COMMUNITY
You'll spend ten days living in an authentic and diverse community with other like-minded individuals. You will gather regularly in a small group setting with your team for Bible study & deeper sharing. This team will be a major source of your growth and will challenge you in ways you couldn’t be on your own!
SPIRITUAL
FORMATION
In addition to formative relationships and Bible study, you will learn other spiritual disciplines and attend various workshops aimed at helping you grow as a disciple of Jesus. The focus of this program is to prepare you to walk with God more deeply throughout your whole summer.
VISION &
PURPOSE
As a part of your spiritual formation, we want to help you develop Biblical convictions that will inform how you engage with the world around you. This program will give you renewed purpose and enhance your vision of how God sees your friends, families, and coworkers and desires to use you to eternally influence them.

TEAM LEADER TRACK
If you are a returning participant or an upperclassmen with some disciple-making experience, we'd like to invite you to consider serving as a Team Leader. As such, you will receive specific training in discipling others and facilitating Bible study discussions. You will also receive more intentional coaching from staff, as they walk alongside you in the learning process.
